You can order from various merchants in Gyeongsan including restaurants, traditional markets, and local food stores.
Can I order from multiple traditional market stores at once?
Yes! You can order from multiple stores like side dish shops, butchers, and fruit shops in one order with bundled delivery.
How is local food different?
Fresh produce harvested the same day is sold directly by producers, and you can verify the producer's name and farm location.
Can non-Gyeongsan residents use this?
Yes. Tourists visiting Gyeongsan can also use it, and specialty product delivery service is available.
How do I use local currency?
Additional discounts are provided when paying with local currency like Gyeongsan Pay.
How long does delivery take?
Regular delivery is same-day, local food is next-day delivery by default. (May vary by product)
How do I cancel an order?
Free cancellation is available before product shipment. Press the cancel button in 'Order History' in the app.

Will it expand to other regions?
Yes. After the Gyeongsan pilot, it will expand to Pohang, Gumi, Andong, and throughout Gyeongbuk.

Is there a franchise fee?
No. Franchise fees, commission fees, and advertising costs are all 0 won.
How do I apply?
Just take one photo of your business registration certificate in the app and complete application in 3 minutes.
How do I register the menu?
You can register the menu later after application. Staff will assist you.
Can I register on-site?
Yes. Staff at the traditional market on-site booth will take photos and register for you.
When will I be approved?
Automatic approval within 24 hours of application. (We'll contact you if there are document issues)
Who does the delivery?
Gyeongsan City designated delivery agency delivers for free. (Delivery fee is supported by the city)
What is bundled delivery?
A method of collecting orders from multiple stores within the traditional market and delivering them at once.
When do I receive settlement?
Weekly settlement is automatically deposited to your registered account.

Can traditional market merchants participate?
Yes! There's a preferential policy for traditional market merchants, and group registration by merchant associations is possible.
Are there special benefits on market days?

Yes. You can register multiple locations if they are under your name.
Can I modify information after registration?
Yes. You can modify anytime in the 'Merchant Management' menu in the app.

Not at all. All costs from sign-up to operation are 0 won.
How do I unsubscribe if I want to?
You can apply for withdrawal in the app anytime or contact customer service for processing.
For Seniors/On-site Registration
Isn't there a lot to fill in?
No! Just take one photo of your business registration certificate and it's automatically filled in.
Creating a password is difficult.
You can use it with just mobile phone verification without a password.
Do I have to register right now?
No. You can register anytime at your convenience. No need to rush.
Can staff register for me?
Yes! Staff at the traditional market site or city hall will assist you.

Can unauthorized registration be prevented?
Yes. The existence of business registration numbers is immediately verified through the National Tax Service API.
